Basic dignity should not be too much to ask

Right now everyone is feeling the heat; but in Calais people can’t get a shower or to put on clean underwear. This basic dignity should not be too much to ask.

We can buy fresh underwear for just 55p, but we need your help. There are 3,000 people across the region and it would cost £1,650 to give them all just one pair. If you can, please help us by donating now.

About Care4Calais

Care4Calais was founded by a group of volunteers with the sole aim of supporting the people of the Calais refugee camps, providing fresh meals, warm clothing, heating and important legal and medical support.

We are not politicians – we are people like you who simply believe that every human has the right to be treated in a fair and dignified way.
