Carnival says #StopRwanda

Carnival says #StopRwanda

This weekend we’ve had the best time you can imagine at Notting Hill Carnival, meeting countless people who wanted to show their support for #StopRwanda. It’s been a truly exhilarating few days – and it has left us in no doubt that the public totally rejects this Government’s brutal, toxic plan to deport refugees to Rwanda.

This was the kind of boost we all needed as we get ready for next Monday, September 5, when we’ll be in court for our legal challenge to the government’s Rwanda plan. Now we really need your help to make as much noise as possible – just like the people at Carnival did – to make our opposition clear.

Here are some easy things you can do right now:
1. Write to your local newspaper. This is a great way to raise awareness! We provide a template letter and can help you to get it sent => bit.ly/RWDwrite
2. Campaign at home or at work. For lots of easy ideas => bit.ly/RWDcmpn
3. Go to a demo => bit.ly/RWDdemo
4. Support the campaign on social media => bit.ly/RWDsocial
