Illegal EU-Turkey Deal Challenged

EU-Turkey refugee deal is ILLEGAL. Three asylum-seekers have challenged the European Union’s refugee deal with Turkey in the European Court of Justice, stating that the current arrangement breaches their right to asylum and their right to be protected from being forced to go to a country where they may be treated inhumanely or even expelled to a warzone.
