March Against Racism

Volunteers past, present and future braved the arctic conditions in London today to join us at the #MarchAgainstRacism – one of a number held across Europe including Poland, Spain and Hungary.
We were proud to march and send a clear message to the refugees of the world – you are not alone.
To the 700 refugees living without shelter in the driving rain, sleet, snow and endless wind in Calais. You are not alone.
To the 300 refugees sheltering in the gym in Dunkirk, including women, children and babies. You are not alone.
To the refugees scattered across cities in Europe, to those in the squalid camps in the Greek islands, to those trapped in Turkey, those risking their lives crossing by sea and those being brutalised in Libya – you are not alone.
We care, we are here and we are proud to say that Refugees are Welcome Here.
