Miriam Margolyes says #StopRwanda

Outrageously good news!
We are absolutely thrilled this morning to see the legend that is Miriam Margoyles OBE joining our #StopRwanda campaign.
In her 50-year acting career Miriam has had umpteen unforgettable roles in theatre, TV and film, including, of course Professor Sprout in Harry Potter and Mother Mildred in Call The Midwife. She’s a fully-blown national treasure, and so brilliantly full of life and energy, and so passionate in her support for justice for other people, that she will be a magnificent boost for the campaign.
We’d like to say that with her on board, the Government might as well just give up on its brutal policy to deport refugees to Rwanda – but the truth is we desperately need everyone’s help.
Right now we urgently need to remind the public why this horrific policy must be stopped. Here are some easy things you can do today to help us, Miriam and innocent refugees:
1. Write to your local newspaper. This is a great way to raise awareness! We provide a template letter and can help you to get it sent => bit.ly/RWDwrite
2. Campaign at home or at work. For lots of easy ideas => bit.ly/RWDcmpn
3. Go to a demo or join us at the Notting Hill Carnival => bit.ly/RWDdemo
4. Support the campaign on social media => bit.ly/RWDsocial
