More UK volunteers urgently needed

We are in desperate need of hundreds more volunteers to help refugees who have recently arrived in the UK.

As well as organising donations of clothes, food and other basic necessities our UK work includes teaming up with local charities, setting up English lessons, building relationships with the hotels where refugees stay, visiting people for friendly chats and games of football, sourcing distribution locations and a whole lot of fundraising.

Our UK work has grown rapidly and we are now active in more than 30 locations across the UK. So no matter where you live, please get in touch if you can help by emailing [email protected].

We especially need help in all Greater London areas, Southampton, Coventry, Nottingham and Derby. But we need help in other areas too.

Your time is essential to make sure that hundreds of vulnerable people across the country have clothes to wear, decent food to eat, and someone friendly to chat to. Many refugees are feeling extremely isolated and lonely, have no money and all are distressed.
