#StopRwanda trending

We did it! Yesterday was an incredible day. All of you supporting the #StopRwanda campaign came together and tweeted to show your opposition to the Government’s brutal Rwanda plan. It didn’t just get #StopRwanda trending, it made it #3 in the list. We were even hotter than #heatwave at #4!

It was a truly fantastic and encouraging show of what we can do when we all work together.

To top it off, this morning we saw our #StopRwanda tweet being advertised in Daily Mail due to its twitter ranking yesterday. Free advertising from the DM – we hope they don’t notice!

This campaign is now building huge momentum. People are expressing support not just all in the UK but all over the world. The sheer numbers of people speaking out shows conclusively that the UK does not accept the brutal Rwanda plan, and will keep protesting until it is withdrawn.
