Ten days of protests in Sudan

There have been ten days of protests in Sudan against the president Omar al-Bashir for dictatorship and corruption.
Following atrocities committed during the war in Darfur, Al-Bashir was indicted in 2008 for war crimes. He is now showing no reluctance to use violence to crush the current protests with security forces opening fire on unarmed protestors and rumours of ‘death squads’ on the streets of Khartoum.
A petition has been started to cease EU funding for president Bashir’s forces. If Europe does not want refugees it should not fund those that create them. You can find the petition here: https://goo.gl/5Zdg6b
