The Belgian Kitchen

The Belgian Kitchen does fantastic work – feeding over 600 refugees living on the streets in Brussels who have no one else to help them.

However, this great place where refugees and volunteers work together is desperate for help.

Care4Calais has been distributing weekly in Brussels since April 17, and we nearly always drop extra food off at the Belgian Kitchen, but numbers in Brussels are growing and last week the kitchen RAN OUT OF FOOD.

Care4Calais was founded by a group of volunteers with the sole aim of supporting the people of the Calais refugee camps, providing fresh meals, warm clothing, heating and important legal and medical support.

We are not politicians – we are people like you who simply believe that every human has the right to be treated in a fair and dignified way.
