The Belgian Kitchen

The Belgian Kitchen

The Belgian Kitchen does fantastic work – feeding over 600 refugees living on the streets in Brussels who have no one else to help them.

However, this great place where refugees and volunteers work together is desperate for help.

Care4Calais has been distributing weekly in Brussels since April 17, and we nearly always drop extra food off at the Belgian Kitchen, but numbers in Brussels are growing and last week the kitchen RAN OUT OF FOOD.

Please donate and share this fundraiser we have created – every penny will go directly to the Belgian Kitchen:

If you can collect food and goods current needs are:

  • Sleeping bags
  • Aluminium Packaging
  • Plastic Shelves
  • Spices: Garlic, curry, chilli, cinnamon, ginger
  • Rice long or basmati
  • Potatoes
  • Peanut paste
  • Milk
  • Tinned tomato
  • Eggs
  • Tuna
  • Fruit
  • Lemon
  • Oil
