Three ways to help refugees

Three ways you can help us to help refugees – that won’t cost you a penny!

Do you want to make a difference but you don’t have much money to spare? Here are three very simple things you can do right now to help refugees for free. Please act and share now.

1. Sign up with easyfundraising.org.uk, choose Care4Calais as your cause, and do your normal online shopping at 3,200 shops and sites. Every time you buy something the retailer will pay a small commission to easyfundraising which becomes a donation to Care4Calais. There is no cost to you.

2. Go to our Facebook page and click on the link that says ‘invite your friends to like this page’. A core part of our mission is to raise awareness and advocate for the refugees. This is one of the easiest ways you can help us to do that. It should only take two or three minutes to tick your friends names – unless you are ‘friendlier’ than average.

3. Have a spring clean. Do you have a winter coat you no longer wear? An old mobile phone or tablet lying round the house? These would be great for a refugee. Check out our needs list below and email [email protected] for your nearest drop off point.
