What do we need the most?

When we do targeted distributions the first question we ask people is – what is the one thing you need the most? One of the top answers we get is – a winter coat. As the weather gets colder, and with over 2.000 refugees sleeping rough in northern France, we can only see that request increasing.

Do you have a coat in your cupboard that you no longer wear? Maybe last season”s ski jacket or one that no longer fits? Please consider digging it out and donating it to our winter appeal. Many refugees arrive in France with painfully inadequate clothing for a winter in Europe. And wIth the police regularly taking sleeping bags, it is the only way we can keep them warm.
