Access to legal support; our teams can currently offer casework support in the following areas:

Referrals for legal representation for work on individual asylum claim matters, and offering holistic support through the process of claiming asylum in the UK.

Support for unaccompanied young people who believe they have been given the wrong age by the Home Office or a local authority after an age assessment

Referrals for legal representation for people who may be living in Home Office accommodation that is unsuitable or inadequate for their needs, particularly in large sites at Wethersfield and Crowborough
